  • As a researcher in environmental sciences, I work at the intersection of hydrology, geochemistry and physicochemistry. I characterise the fate of contaminants in water. In particular, I study colloids, the nanometric particles that can remain in suspension. Colloids can be contaminants in themselves (e.g. nanoplastics, manufactured nanoparticles), or natural colloids on which dissolved contaminants adsorb.
  • I work as a postdoctoral researcher in the Nanoparticle biogeochemistry in the Arctic Ocean (nano-GATE) project. I characterise the interaction of anthropogenic and natural suspended matter, using experimental and field methods, with the aim of better understanding their flow between the Ocean and the pack ice.
  • I am open to collaborations on the subject of particles, colloids and contaminants and their transport, transformation and interaction with living organisms.
