My main area of interest is the dynamics of the Earth surface, where tectonic and climatic processes interact constantly to shape the evolution of topography, by driving erosion processes and transporting sediments. I explore these problems in a variety of settings, notably in active mountain ranges. An important part of my research focuses on the margins of the Tibetan Plateau, in the Himalayas or Eastern Tibet. I use various tools in my research, including cosmogenic nuclides (10Be) to constrain the intensity of surface processes, remote sensing to analyze the structure of topography (using Digital Elevation Models), and numerical Landscape Evolution Models.

I work in CEREGE, which hosts the French National Laboratory for Cosmogenic Nuclides (L2NC, Aix-en-Provence, France), and is a great place to investigate these problems.
