Physicochemist of interfaces in the environment. My research focuses on the colloidal dynamics of particulate matter and associated contaminants in
the aqueous environment. I study the bio-physical-chemical interactions that drive colloidal transfer mechanisms such as aggregation, dispersion, deposition, stabilisation by surface modification, complexation... With a strong background in
specialising in the study of these mechanisms in natural soil and surface water systems, my research activity
at CNRS / CEREGE focuses on the expology of emerging pollutants in these complex natural systems, including
nanotechnology-based materials.
