Springtime of Science

In the continuity of the Fête de la Science, CEREGE proposes for the 2023 edition, the Printemps des Sciences on Thursday 13 AprilThe event will be held in two stages to better meet the expectations of two different audiences: primary school pupils and secondary school pupils. This event, aimed at secondary school students and the general public, will be held for the first time at two technology parks. The Arbois and Château Gombert technology parks.

The Spring of Science at the Arbois and Château Gombert Technopoles

During this new event, middle and high school students from all over the southern region will be expected to spend a day of immersion in the heart of the Aix-Marseille technology parks, on the Arbois plateau and the Château Gombert site. This year's focus is on experimental and observational sciences, innovative companies in the two technology parks and meetings with entrepreneurs.
Two laboratories and start-ups from the Arbois Technopole and four laboratories from the Château Gombert Technopole are opening their doors. For the first edition of this inter-technopole festival, each of these six laboratories offers to welcome classes for a visit to discover its research universe.

On the Technopôle de l'Arbois
. Visits to laboratories: CEREGE (European Centre for Research and Education in Environmental Geosciences), IMBE (Mediterranean Institute of Biodiversity and Marine and Continental Ecology)
. Visits to innovative start-ups
. A speed dating event for exchanges on science and innovation careers with researchers, teacher-researchers, technicians, engineers, managers and Technopôle staff.
. A conference at 6pm for the general public will be offered to shed light on our sciences.

On the Château Gombert Technopole
. Visits to laboratories: the LAM (Marseille Astrophysics Laboratory), the LMA (Acoustic Mechanics Laboratory), the IRPHE (Institute for Research on Out-of-Equilibrium Phenomena) and the IUSTI (University Institute of Industrial Thermal Systems)
. A speed dating event for exchanges on science and innovation careers with researchers, teacher-researchers, technicians, engineers, managers and Technopôle staff.
